The good thingsThe expats are open minded. The workers are quite obedient.
The challengesCommunicate in English in writings and vocal. There's a lot of expats working in the site. Most of the employees are seniors (of age) and had been with the company for a long time (>10 years) so sometimes it is difficult to bring up some changes as there will likely some resistances.
