    The good thingsIt was my first experience on doing an internship program. when i was there, i really feel like the employees are so a hard workers! they did so well, and never get tired to taught me everything about how the real-life conditions of works.
    The challengesHonestly, the company really need to open a recuirement for a fresh graduate cz it will give them the chances to improve their innovation to be better than before.

    The challengesyang pasti yang namanya kerja ga ada yang namanya gampang pasti ada kesulitan, apalagi saya sebagai petugas gudang yang tiap hari mengecek barang masuk dan keluar, sekaligus saya ke limbah pabrik untuk ditimbang gram limbah serutan... ya mau gimana lagi itu udah menjadi tugas saya... walaupun sulit tetapi saya enjoy aja kerja disitu...
