    The good things- Banyak ilmu baru yang dapat di pelajari terutama dari client
    The challenges- Management masih belum rapih dan belum terstruktur dengan jelas (absensi, report payslip, overtime dll), karna masih manual better menggunakan aplikasi. - Tunjangan ketenagakerjaan karyawan tidak jelas. - Kurangnya resource karyawan - Jam kerja di head office terkadang kurang jelas (sering lembur tergantung project), untuk jam kerja onsite di client cukup jelas.
