The challengesThe main challenge was the management style. Leadership often came across as tone-deaf to employee concerns, and the work environment under my direct manager was toxic, which contributed to high employee turnover. Many colleagues felt unsupported, and this made it difficult to stay long-term.
The company has potential to improve if it invests in better leadership practices, more open communication, and a healthier work culture.
