    Opportunities to learn with good teammates and well-known clients, but management and culture need improvement
    The good things- good team members - well known clients - office location - opportunities to learn
    The challengesThe main challenge was the management style. Leadership often came across as tone-deaf to employee concerns, and the work environment under my direct manager was toxic, which contributed to high employee turnover. Many colleagues felt unsupported, and this made it difficult to stay long-term. The company has potential to improve if it invests in better leadership practices, more open communication, and a healthier work culture.

    A Place for You to Learn More About Social Media
    The good things- You will learn more about Social Media deeper and how to maintain good - relations with the clients. - You also will think more creatively how to engage people using social media. - More knowledge about digital marketing in here. - You can wear any clothes you want. - Tight schedule will make you learn how to manage your time.
    The challenges- The client's will sometimes doesn't make sense. - And also, if u wanna resign make sure you resign at 29 or 28. Because if you resign in the middle of the month, they will cut your salary sometimes 2 days only god know for what? At first they will count your salary full, but when you resign not at 28. They will cut your salary 2-3 days without any notice. Be careful!
