    Learn a lot about reporting
    The good thingsLove the working environment. You will earned what you deserved. Work life balance. Learn so many things and also good for international exposure.
    The challengesMany reporting and very detail, there are always either new reporting or changes in reporting. Tight schedule, closing week was quite stressful. The gap between sales team and enterprise team is very visible.

Dikarenakan perusahaan ini relatif baru dan masih kecil dalam jumlah tenaga kerja, hubungan antar karyawan dapat dilakukan dengan baik dan relatif cepat. Selain itu, flexibiltas waktu bekerja cukup baik khususnya bagi karyawan dari divisi sales/penjualan.
    The challengesSecara umum, kesulitan perusahaan ini adalah menetapkan market positioning. Fokus masih cenderung berubah-ubah dari pihak top management. Peluang pasar sebenarnya terbentang sangat luas, apalagi perusahaan ini memiliki banyak sekali varian produk dengan kualitas dunia. Pihak Sales perusahaan ini masih kurang efektif mencari peluang pasar yang lebih baik
