    The good thingsYou'll learn it's true about the philosophy \"If things seems under control, then you're lacking workloads\". Here, you'll be tested how experience/inexperience you are. You'll need to proof if you're not a liabilities here in weekly basis. You'll definitely learn to be careful on your works and cautiously responsible to your teammates.
    The challengesYou'll know actually where's your limit here. And you'll enhance yourself to a new task completion skill-set.
