    The good thingssalary pretty high, for fresh graduated get around 4.000.000 IDR, and possibly up until IDR 100.000.000 if you got a high responsibility like a manager etc.
    The challengesthe job desc is pretty easy, but i think this company should make a better management, and it will make this company become really great, because if it is from a founder capital is really strong, i heard from some people that this company have been struggling for 3 years or more, but still can survive because of high capital from founder. just need to up the management system, and it will be unstopable company
