The challengesjenjang karir cukup sulit disini. banyak karyawan lama yang jabatannya itu saja selama bekerja sebab posisinya digantikan dengan orang orang baru. sehingga untuk melakukan hal yang di luar jobdesk jadi terasa cukup berat karena, apa gunanya?

The good thingsThe environment was so nice and humble. The peoples are respect each others. More surprises things happen during working time. But the main, feels like your second home.

The good thingsAda nya supervisi dari sales manajer yang selalu memberikan pencerahan dan solusi saat ada kendala dalam pekerjaan. Suasana kerja yang saling support antar karyawan di divisi Sales. Perusahaan yang masih memiliki banyak peluang untuk terus berkembang.
The challengesKomunikasi antar divisi yang tertutup (menurut sudut pandang saya). Adanya keputusan yang di ambil sepihak menyebabkan miss komunikasi dalam internal dan juga berpengaruh ke external seperi client dan partner. Beberapa hal yang mudah di buat rumit sedangkan hal yang rumit di sepelehkan. Jenjang karir sudah tidak bisa naik lagi. Tidak ada pemberian motivasi atau reward dari perusahaan kepada karyawan dan masih banyak lagi hal-hal yang menurut saya menjadi kendala dalam pekerjaan ini. Ketika ada kesulitan datang dari external itu adalah sebuah tantangan untuk diri saya yang harus saya cari solusi nya dan selesaikan, namun jika kesulitan nya datang dari internal ...
