    The good thingssistem manajemen yang menurut saya sangat baik. semua karyawan saling support dan adanya waktu dimana karyawan berkumpul saling memberikan motivasi dan semangat untuk menjadi perusahaan semakin maju. Adanya berbagai training di perusahaan tersebut membuat karyawan semakin berkembang dan mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan.
