    sistem dan lingkungan perkerjaan baik akan memicu hal yang baik seperti sifat rajin,semangat dan loyal bukan sebalikya
    The good thingstidak ada hal baik yang dapat saya rasakan saat jam kerja hanya ada rekan yang saling support itu pula hanya 1-2 orang karna jam kerja dan gajih yang rendah hampir semua orang mengeluhkan sistem yang diterapakan terutama jam kerja yang tidak menentu sangat tidak memikirkan kesehatan fisik para pekerjanya tes "medical check up" hanya sebuah formalitas dimana perusahaan ini hanya memikirkan keuntungan perusahaan dengan mengatur atau menambah jam kerja seenaknya dan pada saat jam lembur pekerjan tidak mendapat hak untuk menyetujui dan tidak mendapat apa-apa selain lelah mohon lebih manusiawi untuk memperkerjakan manusia bukn ROBOT!!
