    The good thingsGaji cukup kompetitif, suasana kerja yg santai, kekeluargaan, dibanding bank lain BNP menawarkan jam kerja yg sangat flexible. Organisasi yg sangat cair dan hampir tidak ada birokrasi.
    The challengesOrganisasi yg komplex dan membingungkan. Di BNP anda harus terbiasa bekerja dalam matrix organization. Kemampuan multitasking sangat diperlukan kerena anda akan menjadi single contributor mengingat SDM yg sangat terbatas untuk setiap divisi dan fungsi kerja. Minim IT support. Benefit tidak terlalu bagus.
