    My overall experiences in this company, well structured work rules and supportive employee benefit, although carrier advastment remains challenging and some workplaces biases still exist.
    The good things1. Work rules and organizational structure are well-settled and orderly. 2. Remuneration is better than in private banks. 3. Consumer credit packages for housing and vehicles accommodate employees’ needs. 4. Work pressure is not as high as in foreign banks.
    The challenges1. Gap clearly against the non original employee. 2.Carrier advancement is quite difficult and bureaucratic
