    Exceptional Experience
    The good thingsKind of 2nd phasel from early start up. Since 2014, now in 2021 BFID will spread their wings broad to another countries (eg. Malaysia - recently develop more and Vietnam - reopening new entity). The management is good, looking forward with professional manner, also human touch atmosphere too. Employee benefit including private health insurance, unpaid leave (for some case and projects), and remote working availabilty.
    The challengesThe International atmosphere on business which is very demanding and seems like no time to rest until we exceeds out target. Moreover, we must be like "water" and be everything that management need for us, even not related with our job desc, in fact sheets.

    The good thingsBekerja disini memberikan saya banyak ilmu, mulai dari technical skill hingaa soft skill. Lingkungan kerjanya cukup nyaman, menyenangkan, dan sangat ke keluargaan. Setiap 3bulan sekali kantor selalu mengadakan town hall meeting yang di akhiri dengan makan bersama, kebersamaan itulah yang membuat antar karyawan semakin akrab dan saling mengenal satu sama lain.
    The challengesFlow kerja disini agak rumit dan sedikit kurang jelas, deadline yang padat terkadang menimbulkan stress pada para pekerja.
