    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang baik dan kekeluargaan. Rekan kerja yang ramah. Dukungan dari manajemen untuk setiap usulan dari karyawan. Manajemen yang selallu kooperatif terhadap permasalahan operasional dan tidak tanggung-tanggung untuk langsung terjun di lapangan.
    The challengesProses penggajian masih tunai, diharapkan kedepannya bisa transfer menggunakan bank. Dengan pertimbangan untuk keamanan saat membawa uang pulang kerumah.
