    The good thingsBHJ has a good work culture. It is fun and the Management are open minded they open with any idea from employee. The employee mostly milenials. The work environtment support creativity and productivity of the employee. They implement technology in mostly every aspect of their work, even in their Security Department.
    The challengesThe work pace is so fast, either you work fast or you will be leave by the team.
