Hal ini melatih saya untuk lebih cepat beradaptasi, meningkatkan kemampuan multitasking, serta membuat saya terbiasa bekerja dalam situasi yang dinamis dan tidak selalu terstruktur, sehingga membantu saya menjadi lebih tangguh dan bertanggung jawab dalam bekerja.
The challengesSelama bekerja di PT Bintang Global Makmur, saya menghadapi beberapa tantangan, seperti belum adanya alur kerja yang terstruktur dengan jelas sehingga beberapa pekerjaan harus disesuaikan secara dinamis, serta tuntutan untuk dapat menangani berbagai jenis pekerjaan (multitasking) di luar jobdesk utama. Selain itu, kesempatan pengembangan karier yang terbatas juga menjadi tantangan dalam jangka panjang.
