The good thingsMemiliki teman-teman yang saling support satu sama lain. Tidak terasa kesepian karena semuanya sangat mudah bergaul. Jam kerja yang cukup fleksibel. Pakaian tidak harus formal.
The challengesTidak adanya senior di role saya membuat saya harus berjuang sendiri mencari tahu sesuatu yang sebelumnya saya tidak tahu sedangkan proses develop sedang berjalan dan sangat dikejar-kejar. Jam kerja yang fleksibel memungkinkan kita bekerja diluar jam kerja pada umumnya. Kurangnya fasilitas yang diberikan oleh kantor seperti device. Tidak adanya uang lembur.
