    Cocok untuk FreshGrad untuk mempercantik CV (dijamin dapat salary yang bagus setelah lulus dari BSP) - Tidak cocok untuk Apt yang sudah berpengalaman
    The good thingslingkungan kerja yang baik, support antar divisi dan dalam divisi yang sangat baik, sudah mengikuti pedoman CDOB dan juga sudah mengikuti ISO 9001. Bekerja di BSP sangat cocok untuk apoteker freshgraduate untuk mempercantik CVnya. Lulusan BSP lebih mudah mencari pekerjaan setelah resign dari BSP.
    The challenges1. (+) Krjaan di luar jobdesc namun tidak diapresiasi oleh perusahaan. 2. Banyak kerjaan pada saat pandemi covid dan post covid namun apresiasi tidak ke distributor melainkan ke principal, 3. Medrep tidak bisa bekerjasama dari sisi regulatory, 4. Gajinya jauh lebih sedikit daripada PBF Bsar lainnya
