    Great for growth and for stepping into the world of work.
    The good thingsNot many companies have a focus on their corporate culture and PT Bina Pertiwi has a pretty good corporate culture and is always growing. Thus, employee engagement is controlled not only in terms of work or position.
    The challengesYou have to stick to and uphold the rules in the world of work, namely don't get carried away easily and don't have high hopes for anything. Work sufficiently and appropriately. Because the appreciation given will be enough.

    The good thingsI can learn a lot of things, they have good orientation, training, and welcoming employee. I love the culture of Bina Pertiwi. They have many facilities such as fitnes center, futsal field, etc. And have many communities like biking community, airsoft gun community, music community, and many more.
    The challengesto be honest, i don't have any particular issue. But it seems like i have to write this because job street won't let me submit without it. I wish the back gate still be open until at least 9 or 10 pm. because many people there still hang out until night.
