    The challengesDalam hal jam kerja tidak sesuai dengan kontrak dan SOP di perusahaan. Setiap hari melebihi jam kerja yang seharusnya dan tidak mendapatkan upah lembur. Perhitungan bonus dan insentif tidak jelas.
