    The good thingsNyaman, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman pertemanannya, ada media pemersatu karyawan namanya allobajatour.com... Enak sih banyak acara internal nya jadi bikin satu sama lain kompak dan kenal... Ada penilaian setiap tahun jadi kita bisa kritik atasan juga... Kerjanya nyantai banget..
    The challengesKoordinasi antar divisi yang terkadang miss, insentif tidak ada. Kalau telat gaji dipotong per 3 hari telat... So far so good sih tapi... Bagus untuk fresh graduate... Kalau untuk karir yaaaa ada beberapanorang tertentu yang karirnya bakalan bersinar disini tp ada bbro org yg mungkin akan stuck kalau ga pinter2 bgt nyelesaiin kerjaanya
