    Having a great work environment
    The good thingsI have a really great team in executing a project. All people is really professional and also friendly. In term of work, the company opens to any initiative and really appreciate it. I don't believe that I got some opportunities to go directly handle some big projects. They value talents.
    The challengesNot having any tight policy sometimes make me feel too flexible in working. It was a very dynamic working situation and I always need to expect a change happens.
