    The good thingsSaya melaksanakan Internship kurang lebih selama 2 bulan. Pengalaman yang saya dapatkan diantaranya bekerja dengan orang banyak dan memiliki karakter yang berbeda-beda, merespon para customer menggunakna bahasa yang baik dan profesional, mempelajari hal baru dengan mengasah ketelitian dan kecepatan saya dalam menggunakan sebuah sistem, belajar untuk mencari sebuah solusi dalam menangani suatu kasus dan meningkatkan skill analytical saya. Belajara menggunakan Tools yang digunakan pada dunia perusahaan seperti Microsoft Excel, sistemn perusahaan, website, outlook, microsoft teams, dan sebagainya. Dalam dunia kerja saya mendapat banyak skill dan pengetahuan baru melalui praktik dan pengamatan langsung yang dibantu oleh para rekan-rekan kerja yang suportif.

    Place for learn, Not for settled
    The good thingsA very good place to learn for fresh graduate, not just for IT but for other major as well. Very competitive salary and benefit, above average other company. As one of Mitsubishi Group, many knowledge can be acquired. Work life balance is good in several department.
    The challengesNot a place for settled. Has a very high employee turnover for a 200 employee sized company, there is farewell email each month. Permanency process is very difficult, one can be fail if not prepare well. The office politics is too much. Too many bureucracy.

    The good thingsWell, in this company you can have better salary than many others SI in Jakarta and also many benefits like bonus, medical, etc , that's the good point to work in this one of Mitsubishi's subsidiary. Another good thins you will enhance the practice in English communication by verbal and written, because they are many Expatriate, especially japanese and their main tools to communicate to Indonesian is using English.
    The challengesYou can't work while there's so many people not in D category , Many people here have the C category and too many rules and process to be followed, while staff awaiting the clear and fast direction and also decision. For example to decide something in common sense so easily, in this company it could take days even weeks just to decide :) Ho Ren So function is not conducted so clearly, while you just can get consult discuss and review, not decide ;) Certain people in management is so subjective Internal Meeting is more important than meeting or report to client, that's so weird Communication problem is one of biggest obstacle here

Too many out of scope work were not similar on contract, lack of appreciate

    The good thingsKesempatan Proyek-Proyek yang besar bisa didapatkan sejak dini bekerja, terutama bila masuk ke program IDP. Untuk level experienced, sebenarnya masuk ke perusahaan ini bisa menjadi salah satu opsi yang lumayan karena dari tunjangan yang diberikan termasuk kesehatan unlimited dan bonus akhir tahun yang cukup, bila experienced yang mencari kenyamanan, perusahaan ini bisa dipertimbangkan.
    The challengesTidak adanya proses bekerja yang baik dan sistematis, kalau ada problem seringnya dikerjakan secara tek-tok (langsung dikerjakan, harus selesai 1 hari, tidak dikasih tools yang cukup (misal ada support yang datang dari principal/vendor). Project Manager seringkali tidak memperhatikan apakah bawahan punya knowledge yang cukup atau tidak dalam mengerjakan proyek, namun sering push ke bawahan agar bisa menyelesaikan dengan cepat. Menurut saya lingkungan disini sangat tidak bersahabat terutama untuk level fresh graduate, karena tidak ada yang akan mengajari anda satu persatu, semuanya harus belajar secara otodidak. Lingkungan kurang bagus untuk belajar.

    The good thingsSaya sudah bekerja selama 5 tahun di PT BSI. Sebelumnya saya tidak pernah selama ini bekerja di suatu perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan saya memulai dari level awal sekali. Dari yang status saya outsourcing kemudian kontrak under perusahaan hingga saat ini status saya menjadi permanen. Awalnya sangat senang bekerja di sebuah kantor yang menjadi group dari perusahaan ternama (Mitsubishi) tapi yang membuat sedih adalah status saya itu. Saya menjadi sangat termotivasi untuk bekerja dengan baik akhirnya saya memutuskan mengambil kuliah S2 untuk belajar lagi tentang IT. perlahan tapi pasti saya bisa menunjukan performance terbaik saya dan akhirnya saya bisa diangkat menjadi permanen employee dan selama 2 tahun saya diangkat saya bisa mempertahankan performance dengan apresiasi promosi tiap tahun nya.
    The challengeskesulitan yang saya alami saat memulai karir di kantor ini adalah karena background saya yang bukan dari ilmu IT. saya harus belajar ekstra untuk mengerti istilah dan proses bisnis dilingkungan kantor dan klien perusahaan tempat saya bekerja. Kesulitan lain nya adalah dari sisi bahasa, saya harus belajar kembali bahasa inggris karena untuk berkomunikasi dengan top management japanese harus menggunakan bahasa inggris. Hal lain nya adalah kemampuan untuk menulis, karena dibutuhkan kemampuan untuk bisa membuat dokumen yang baik dan benar sebagai laporan ke klien.
