    The good thingsKeterampilan Ilmu dan Wawasan Baru. Bekerja dengan tekun, ulet, jujur dan slalu mempelajari sistem kerja di pabrik gula rafinasi. banyak alat alat pembantu dalam proses pembuatan gula yang amat sayang bila kita tidak pelajari dengan sungguh sungguh. selain untuk rasa tanggung jawab yang besar, kita juga akan mendapatkan ilmu sampai keahlian yang luar biasa dimiliki. sungguh perusahaan yang bagus untuk meniti karir.

    The good thingsYou can learn a lot of things in these company Why, PT. Berkah Manis Makmur Established since 2013 and still a developing company and also their sister company PT. Rejoso Manis Indo is still being constructed. Envinronment in here is good , you can meet a good and friendly boss Carrier path in here is also good due to amount of working people is not huge, if you make a good performance , your boss is easily to see your performance.

    The good thingsdisini bersosialisasi dengan karyawan cukup baik dan humble. namun untuk tingkat manajeman kurang jelas dalam kebijakan dan peraturan yang dbuat oleh HRD, dan msh kurangnya tingkat profesionalitas bagian HRD dalam menjalankan tupoksinya.
    The challengeskesulitan yang saya alami, kadang masih sangat sering terjadi miskomunikasi antar bagian divisi yang masih menggunakan wewenang pribadi dan ego dalam menjalankan peran dan tugasnya masing2. namun ini masih sering terjadi karena kurang tegas dan profesionalitas bagian manajemen terutama HRD.
