    Tempat kerja dengan potensi baik, namun tercoreng oleh HRD dan pegawai yang tidak profesional.
    The good thingsKonsep kafe dan lingkungan kerja secara umum cukup standar dan sebenarnya memiliki potensi untuk menjadi tempat kerja yang baik apabila didukung oleh sistem manajemen yang profesional dan beretika.
    The challengesProfesionalisme sangat kurang, khususnya dari pihak HRD dan beberapa pegawai kafe, termasuk rekan OB. Terdapat kebiasaan tidak pantas di lingkungan kerja seperti penggunaan parfum berlebihan, budaya gosip, serta aktivitas pribadi seperti membuat konten TikTok di jam kerja. Mekanisme pelaporan tidak berjalan semestinya; laporan atau whistleblowing tidak diproses apabila tidak berasal dari HRD sendiri. Selain itu, isu internal yang seharusnya bersifat rahasia justru menyebar ke banyak pihak, meskipun sebelumnya telah dijanjikan sebagai informasi confidential. Hal ini menunjukkan lemahnya etika, integritas, dan tata kelola internal.

    The good thingsDespite its shortcomings, the company has good teammates and a supportive leader, creating a positive working atmosphere. The environment is suitable for fresh graduates who want to gain early experience, though it may not be ideal for long-term career growth.
    The challengesThe company offers no clear KPIs, making performance expectations uncertain. Career progression is slow, and engineers are paid significantly below market standards. Appreciation from both the company and management is minimal, sometimes nonexistent. Employee abilities are judged mainly based on client feedback, which can feel unfair and disconnected from actual work performance. - There is no clear KPI. - Slow progression career. - Low paid, really low paid for engineers. - Minimum or zero appreciation from Company and Management. - Your abilities reviewed by Client's Feedback.

    The challenges- this company gives you a horrible laptop from >2010 - everything is done by microsoft office, no google drive, no google sheet or microsoft 365. - no historical data, no proper documentation, no business flow chart, - no organizational tree, you are confused about who should contact regarding matters. - everything done manually - email is down frequently. - no supportive team, no wonder the turnover is so high there. - low salary, no commission unless you're sales - not professional boss

    The good thingsBekerja di BHp merupakan kesempatan yang jarang didapat semua orang. Salah satu SI terbesar di Indonesia di mana kadang diperlukan keberuntungan dan waktu yang tepat untuk bekerja di sini. Belajar produk-produk IT yang terupdate bisa didapat di sini asalkan mau "do the extra miles" untuk ikut webinar, training, banyak bertanya dan tentu langsung terjun ke dalam proyek. Lingkungan kerja yang supportif dan kekeluargaan tanpa memandang senioritas. Perkembangan karir yang cukup terbuka apabila mau belajar. Banyak pilihan akses ke kantor, khususnya KRL karena dekat dengan stasiun.
    The challengesWalaupun struktur gaji sudah mengikuti UU dan PP seperti UMR, BPJS, tunjangan makan, transport, komunikasi, dll tetapi standard gaji tidak terlalu tinggi apalagi fresh graduate. Makanya banyak yang "lulus cepat" kalau tidak cocok dengan salary yang ditawarkan. Parkir untuk kendaraan pribadi terbatas apabila dilihat lahan parkir vs karyawan sangat jauh. Kantin yg tidak terlalu luas sehingga sangat penuh waktu jam makan siang. Kadang terlalu bersifat kekeluargaan sehingga pendekatan harus bersifat personal bukan profesional.
