    The good thingsBeon merupakan tempat bekerja yang pas untuk belajar hal-hal baru terutama dibidang teknologi, semua karyawan serta atasan seperti teman sendiri dan saling mendukung untuk pengembangan individu ke arah yang lebih maju. Selain itu merupakan tempat kerja yang hommy dimana karyawan disini betah untuk lama-lama di kantor karena semua fasilitas yang disediakan mendukung sekali, seperti dapur sendiri beserta seluruh peralatan masak, full akses internet yang selain digunakan untuk hiburan juga untuk belajar menambah pengetahuan serta riset, ruangan workshop yang setiap malam digunakan untuk tidur :D serta ruangan bermain yang mana didalamnya berisi TV dilengkapi Playstation 4 untuk hiburan.
    The challengesAgak sulit membagi waktu dengan kegiatan pribadi sehingga terkadang tidak balance antara kegiatan kantor dengan kegiatan pribadi
