    Not Bad, but Not Good at all
    The good thingsLingkungan kerja yang sangat mendukung dan saling support, tim yang kompak dan loyal walaupun tekanan dari Boss terkadang tidak masuk akal.. Tempat yang baik untuk belajar dan berkembang, juga memperluas koneksi
    The challengesTidak adanya jenjang karir, dan syarat untuk kenaikan gaji yang menurut saya tidak masuk akal.. Termasuk tanggal gajian yang tidak menentu (tidak di sama ratakan pada tanggal tertentu seperti yang seharusnya) dan langsung di transfer dari rekening pribadi bos (bahkan sering terlewat untuk transfer karena lupa tanggal).. Atasan yang terlalu perfeksionis dan tidak memperhatikan proses yang dilakukan oleh staff nya
