    great place to acquire skill and experience
    The good thingsall company regulations are made carefully by considered both employee and company. through so many up and down especially during pandemic, the company still can manage to put employee first as their asset. Indeed, company struggled with so many digitalization challenges, organization transformations, but as an Employee, I'm grateful the company still do it in the best way. no toxic environment bcs all employees are busy with their own task!
    The challengesdue to organization transformation and digitalization, I feel challenged that we are forced to follow all changes so sudden. sometimes I feel pressured and exhausted with the expectations but still manageable with a solid team. since the organization structure is lean, the career opportunity is not really my expectations here.

    The good thingsdari awal masuk tahun 2013 smpai 2021 terakhir hal baik yang saya dapatkan diperusahaan ini,sistem manajemen dan peraturan sangat ketat dan atasan selalu berfikir cepat dalam melakukan tindakan apapun,saya dari awal masuk 2013 posisi supporting member/operator forklif smpai jabatan terakhir selalu berpindah bagian.

    The good thingsPT Bekaert mengadopsi sistem kerja di eropa, dikarenakan perusahaan ini berasal dari Belgia. tapi belakangan ini PT Bekaert mengadopsi sistem dari Toyota atau dari perusahaan Jepang. Top management sangat peduli terhadap karyawannya. PT Bekaert termasuk dalam Golongan/Sektor IV atau Sektor Otomotif, karena PT Bekaert yang berada di Karawang ini memproduksi Kawat Baja untuk Ban mobil. Kesejahteraan di PTBI sangat bagus sekali, klaim berobat 100% ditanggung oleh perusahaan, ada pula plafon untuk kaca mata, ibu melahirkan dan rawat inap di RS yang sudah bekerja sama dengan PTBI.
    The challengeshal yang sulit dilakukan di PTBI adalah naik level karir. karena struktur organisasi yang sangat ramping, sehingga jenjang karir di PTBI sangat terbatas dan sempit, tidak sembarang orang bisa menjadi menejer.
