    The challengesHarus bisa bekerja dengan beban kerja yg tinggi karena perusahaan ini mengutamakan keefisienan dalam hal merekrut karyawan. Tapi sebanding dengan benefit dan gaji yg diberikan. Saran nya agar bisa merekrut tenaga kerja baru agar beban kerja bisa berkurang. Komunikasi bersama ekspatriat dan rekan kerja dari seluruh dunia (bahssa inggris minimal)

    The challengesPerusahaan benar-benar mengutamakan ketrampilan yang dimiliki karyawannya. Jadi apabila karyawan tersebut memiliki kemampuan di bidang komputer administrasi maka akan dibimbing secara profesional sampai karyawan tersebut menguasai keahlian administrasi

    The good thingsGood start to learn many thing. I learn alot when worked here, like ISO 27001, FM200 system, Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM. Learn how to communicate with cross department. How to handle big project. and many more.
    The challengesMany big projects and high tech devices that i never saw it before working here. The first time i see FM200 system and Video conference device like polycom.
