    A wonderful learning experience but not anymore...
    The good thingsThe good things you can work with people from different ages gap, experience and background. Had a supportive boss and work colleague has driven me to a better me. Then also have work colleague from different department is a good thing.
    The challengesHR Department should be reshuffled. How can a staff do not want to have their recommendation letter because HR make it harder. Recommendation Letter should be done even day before they resigned. Stop looking for attention if your job is not even better than others. Such a bad bad experience for big 5 company.
