    The good thingsSalary lumayan walaupun ngga terlalu tinggi juga, bisa bawa tour kalau kamu adalah orang terpilih, dan banyak orang yang sebenernya expert dengan ilmu tinggi walaupun seringkali tidak dianggap oleh perusahaan dan itu bisa jadi sumber ilmu yang baik kalau kamu pintar untuk memanfaatkan celah belajar
    The challengesTerlalu banyak sikut-sikutan secara terang-terangan, plafon asuransi tergolong rendah dibandingkan perusahaan2 lainnya dengan posisi yang sama, harus pinter ngejilat atasan kalau mau bawa tour, micromanagement, saling ikut campur antar divisi secara berlebihan, harus pinter-pinter membedakan mana kawan mana lawan

    Good to learn, very low salary
    The good thingsI still remember thanks to this office I am able to work under high pressure, I worked at Menara Thamrin Branch, I can tell my manager is the best person ever to learn how to do leadership with very responsible action.
    The challengesSalary is extremely low. I was fresh graduate when I came to this company, and they only offer approx. 1,8mio (5 years ago, but I believe this is low rate compared to other travel agency). Because I handled corporate which has different peak time than the tour did, we did not get overtime paid even though we worked hard. But not to mention I love how I can improve my knowledge there. I learned a lot thanks to this company.
