    The challengesBekerja di lingkungan yg penuh dengan segala hal yg serba tertutup , kadang mengerjakan sesuatu yang tidak diketahui asal usulnya dan hanya sebagian orang yang tau.. Atasan yang tidak pernah ada di tempat/ jarang datang ke kantor/selalu datang terlambat Penilaian kepada karyawan secara subjektif tidak objektif Kurang mendapat ilmu dari atasan, Atasan kurang peka dengan keadaan karyawan Struktur posisi khusus di departemen saya terlalu banyak atasan sehingga keputusan sangat lambat dan hanya yang bagian paling bawah yg paling banyak kerjaan Kurang pelatihan ke karyawan bawah ,lebih memberikan pelatihan ke karyawan level supervisor keatas / dekat dengan atasan Posisi supervisor keatas sebagian tidak the right man on the right place

    The good thingsHal yang baik saya terima yaitu saya banyak mendapatkan banyak ilmu baru disini, dan bisa mendapatkan training secara berkala. Kondisi lingkungan kerja disini termasuk yang sangat terbaik. Fasilitas sangat mendukung untuk pekerjaan kita.
    The challengesKesulitan yang saya terima saat bekerja disini adalah disisi administrasinya, semenjak issue covid 19 ini. Perusahaan tidak ingin membayar swab saat masuk site dan ini ditanggung oleh karyawan. Sistem roster yang awalnya baik namun diubah menjadi tidak sesuai sudah dengan kontrak kerja sebelumnya. Perkembangan karier disini sangat lambat untuk waktu yang lama.

    big company with big homework
    The good thingscompany has been growing extensively over last 2 years and will be major Indonesian coal producers. Company is big by asset therefore has a lot of potential to become a good reputated enterprise as well
    The challengescompany has poor job roles & responsibility structure which make employee difficult to figure out their possible career path. Company has no intention to develop an integrated system that accomodate their employee to work out resources efficiently & accountable with utmost effort
