Great prospect

The good thingsKantor gedung sendiri. Masih baru gedungnya. Karyawan2nya asik n kocak2 bgt, yg muslim rajin2, baik, asik, update. Prospek ke depannya sangat bagus. Salary standar cukup bagus, walau kurang sedikit untuk level staff berpengalaman. Bonus tahunan, tunjangan hari natal, sewa mobil untuk karyawan lebih murah terutama kalau perlu untuk lebaran.

The challengesLembur gak dibayar (staff biasa). Padahal lembur di hari sabtu/minggu. Gak ada kenaikan gaji pertahun (berdasarkan staff yg sudah 1 tahun lebih)
