The good thingsSuasana kerja sangat nyaman, banyak sekali tunjangan, lingkungan kerja yang kekeluargaan, fasilitas memadai, ada jadwal olahraga bersama.
The challengesPernah terjadi kesenjangan antara dosen dengan tenaga kependidikan/staf.
