    The good thingsBisa belajar banyak hal, terutama untuk budaya kerja eropa yang simple dan nggak banyak birokrasi, fleksible dan fokus pada solusi, nggak perlu banyak basa-basi tapi target oriented.
    The challengesBahasa Inggris harus baik karena dipakai dalam komunikasi sehari-hari (e-mail). Kalau ingin menonjol dan cepat berkembang harus berani/ nggak malu-malu, mau mencoba, mau belajar dan nggak takut slaah.

    The good things1. lingkungan kerja yang super. semua warga Basicraft saling support satu sama lain, sense of belongingnya sangat kuat. 2. suasana kerja yang fleksibel dan fluid. jika perusahaan konvensional menghindari improvisasi dari karyawan, Basicraft malah sebaliknya, setiap orang diencourage untuk melakukan sesuatu yang berbeda di setiap kesempatan. 3. Basicraft menjunjung tinggi prinsip keadilan. setiap orang dibayar berdasarkan kompetensi dan kontribusi, bukan dari lamanya bekerja. 4. hubungan antara manajemen dan karyawan terjalin dengan baik. semua transparan dan setiap masukan dan keluhan bisa tersampaikan dengan baik.
    The challengesBasicraft bukanlah perusahaan raksasa, jadi setiap orang harus benar-benar outstanding dan memberikan kontribusi yang significant untuk bisa mendapat posisi yang lebih tinggi.
