    The good thingsthis place like second home, working with tight deadline as a target and sometimes if you dont have anythings to do you just can relax all day long. this company is respected the employee and place them as an Asset not just the workers, and also put the Family member in first place nor of the job. if you have competencies for working here maybe you can try to start your carrier here and give the best achievement of your life
    The challengesyou will need to improve about anythings, if you have Idea, the Management will consider about it, and this can make you more Creative and open up your brain to make the improvement. well sometimes challenges only in target schedule of the completion and it must to be perfect.
