    The good things- Jenjang karir bagus, dimana karyawan di perusahaan ini memiliki potensi tinggi untuk menduduki posisi seperti sub branch manager/branch manager dalam kurun waktu 3-5 tahun apabila mengikuti development program. - Ibarat berada di small fish pond. Masih banyak peluang yang terbuka untuk ide-ide baru yang inovatif. - Keaktifan dalam melakukan pekerjaan serta skill relationship & negotiation skill yang baik akan menjadikan Anda sebagai orang yang \"terlihat\" baik oleh kepala divisi maupun direksi.
    The challenges- Masih tergolong sebagai pemain baru di Indonesia, dan aset perusahaan masih termasuk dalam BUKU II. - Budaya perusahaan kadang mengadopsi budaya yang lama sebagaimana diketahui bahwa Bank SBI Indonesia adalah akusisi dari State Bank of India kepada Bank Indomonex. Sehingga pola kerja karyawan senior masih saya rasa bebal dan enggan untuk berubah.

    The good thingsPerhitungan overtime sangat diperhatikan, sehingga lama anda bekerja sangat dihargai. Fasilitas transportasi untuk karyawan, baik ketika overtime maupun keperluan luar kantor baik.
    The challengesKurangnya jumlah staf yang pada beberapa divisi sehingga pekerjaan terhambat karena kurang tenaga dan staf bisa memegang beberapa jenis pekerjaan sekaligus yang menyebabkan hasil pekerjaan kurang maksimal.
