    The challengesGajinya kecil , hampir tidak ada kenaikan gaji tiap tahun , tidak ada bonus , sistem kerja kontrak tanpa ada kepastian , tahan ijasah plus denda. Ada bagian yg wajib lembur tanpa ada tunjangan
