    The good thingsLingkungan pekerjaan sangat baik karena memiliki rasa kekeluargaan antar sesama employee maupun ke atasan.
    The challengesKesejahteraan pegawai kurang diperhatikan baik soal sallary maupun tunjangan bagi pegawainya,hak bagi pegawai terkadang masih ada yang terabaikan.Reward berupa bonus juga sangat minim setiap tahunnya.
