    Friendly environment, but complicated on other processes
    The good thingsFriendly environment. The vibe is almost similar with startups culture. Good pays and benefit (gym membership will be reimbursed, insurance). Strategic location, good facility.
    The challengesComplicated processes due to banking restrictions. Lack of documentation for the IT core banking system. Lack of guidance and explanation for the system. Programming language isn't common (Pro C), and some of the comments are written in Korean. Might require a long time to get used to with the system, given that you're well versed with coding in C and understands SQL. No clear table documentation either. Overall difficulty came from lack of documentation in most of the areas.

    The challengesWeird risk appetite for credit/loan. Inefficient chain of command - every memo or approval needs to be physically signed by BOD which wasted a lot of time. Lack of SOP - most employees who have worked in the company for longer time are not even aware of the proper SOP. The Human Resource Department are not full of integrity and can't keep employees' matter confidential.

    The good thingsPerusahaan yang memiliki royalitas cukup tinggi menurut saya dibandingkan bank lain. Karena setiap tahunnya semua karyawan diberikan gimmick yang cukup ternama dan mahal yang didatangkan dari negara korea. Karyawan diberikan fasilitas tunjangan yang memadai mis (tunjangan kesehatan,bonus & TAT). 2x Dalam setahun diberikan kesempatan untuk dinner bersama direktur Keb Hana Bank untuk menjalin keakraban tanpa mengenal status & bisa saling bertukar pendapat.
    The challengesKomukasi yang terjalin antara kantor pusat & cabang kurang memadai. Sehingga terkadang terjadi miss understanding antara divisi satu dengan yang lain.

    The good things- nearby my home - permanent status and many other bonus - work with a group called family - good products and competitive with the market (mortgage dept) - keep update to the newest info in the market
