    Enjoyable working place but tend to stagnant
    The good thingsThe branch has a solid teamwork among staff. There are many long-serving staff who know their job responsibility well. Policies and procedures are in place to help staff working properly. Work/life balance is also good.
    The challengesThe bank has been focusing on Taiwanese companies operating in Indonesia since the beginning of the establishment. Hence, switching and focusing on local companies needs extra efforts especially when the bank has been adopting conservative approach for long time.

    The good thingsTerasa kekeluargaan, walaupun jarang ketemu orang pusat dan cabang, hanya beberapa bagian yang sering ke cabang, tapi tetap ramah, dan merasa satu keluarga.. waktu resign pun, ada dari cabang di kota lain langsung bilang, mau kemana, padahal ga pernah kenal atau ketemu.. sama kayak motonya deh, we are family.. :)
    The challengesKalau ada permintaan dari nasabah dari kantor pusat ke cabang, seringkali komunikasi kurang baik, jadi bisa dikembangkan lebih lagi.. kalau ada informasi dari yang \"diatas\" kadang kala tidak tersampaikan ke bawah dengan baik, jadi terkadang masih suka mis-kom antar cabang maupun dengan kantor pusat
