The challengesWorking at Bank BTPN during the pandemic presented challenges in communication between division clients, as everything was conducted online. The limited ability to visit the office also made it difficult for me to build new connections with fellow interns and enhance my social skills in the workplace. However, this was addressed through the regular internship programs provided by the BTPN team, and I truly appreciated their efforts in making this possible.
