    Good place to growth
    The good thingsNo boundaries, less bureaucracy, much more to gain, all division and positions (even the CEO) are open to listen any suggestions, ideas. This company value growth and fun (we have very fun friday session). The pressure is there but there is no worries because everyday is spirited by the work environment!
    The challengesBecause it still new and less bureaucracy, some of the job overlapping, even some division do not have specific job (well, they encourage us to be super initiative and explore more).

    The good thingsSegi Positif; suasana kerja yang kondusif, menyenangkan, dan cukup memberi tantangan. Pemberian bonus sesuai dengan target yang dicapai. Kebebasan memberikan ide/pendapat utk kontribusi kemajuan bagian penagihan Bank Amar Segi Negatif: Sejauh ini belum menemukan sisi negatif yang diluar pengaturan mengenai bagian penagihan baik dari sisi bahasa, jam kerja, maupun masalah terkait nasabah (masih dalam tahap normal)
    The challengesMengingat pekerjaan saya terkait mengenai KTA maka kesulitan mendasar yang seringkali saya hadapai adalah cara membuat nasabah membayar sesuai dengan perjanjian tertulis di kontrak pinjaman yang mereka tandatangani. Tidak semua nasabah mau repot membaca kontrak dan seringkali mangkir dari perjanjian.Denda dan bunga menjadi salah satunya.

    The good thingsDiberi kebebasan untuk mengembangkan kemampuan tanpa harus takut adanya deadline. Karena deadline memang tidak ada. Diberi fasilitas mengikuti sertifikasi jika memang diperlukan.
    The challengesJika tidak terbiasa dengan load pekerjaan yg banyak, mungkin akan susah beradaptasi pada awalnya, akan tetapi lambat laun akan terbiasa sendiri karena manager yg cooperative terhadap bawahannya.
