    The good thingsBanyak ilmu baru yang bisa dikembangkan disini.. karena jenis perusahaan sebelumnya (Perusahaan traiding) berbeda dengan yang sekarang (Manufacture).. untuk pengembangan kualitas diri, banyak dukungan dari berbagai pihak.. tergantung karyawan masing-masing.. apabila karyawan ingin berkembang dari diri sendiri, di sini tempat yang bagus.. terlebih data yang tersedia disini banyak dan lebih kompleks.. apabila karyawan pasif.. maka hasil kualitas diri yang didapat biasa-biasa saja..
    The challengesada timpang antara atasan dan bawahan.. pembagian tugas tanggung jawab yang kurang adil (berdasarkan gaji & jabatan).. dan disaat ada kesulitan / kendala dalam menyelesaikan suatu pekerjaan, agak sulit untuk mencari nasehat / ataupun masukan..
