    Good Team
    The good thingsEnjoy with the workflow, so many people so fun, so happy team. Didn't stressed about the work. Just only work for like no underpressure. My division is Media, work with the request what Owner or any division requested. I'm very very love this place, more love, more like home, more like family that I think, I'm very love can be a Biasa Family!
    The challengesDo something for marketing team so many request but that make me grow up than before. Maybe only the tool not to be supported for any condition, but that's okay, it can be used. It's my first job at the Biasa Company, more experince i've been reach with the task and request and deadline. I hope this company more grow from year by year, for anticipate somethin unexpected than before, like this Pandemic. Thankyou so much! so much love for Biasa Family!

    The good thingsMempunyai team yang solid dengan etika kerja yang baik, semua siap bekerja sebagai team saling membantu. Fasilitas kerja yang baik seperti komputer dan studio.
    The challengesKesulitan bekerja disini adalah jadwal pekerjaan yang tidak menentu banyak hal yang last minute, owner sering berubah pikiran dan terlalu mengurusi hal-hal kecil (seperti contoh warna rak yang berbeda dari furniture lain, keset yang miring, rak baju yang tingginya tidak sama). Owner juga terlau banyak terlibat dengan kegiatan perusahaan dan semua hal harus melewati approval beliau yang mana beliau tidak punya banyak waktu untuk itu...jadi banyak yang tertunda sedangkan dateline sudah ditentukan.
