    Company that will make you so comfortable
    The good thingsCompany that will make you super comfortable until it made me forgot about my own target in career development. You will see so many loyal employees here, they worked at young age until their superannuated. You can learn a lot things from the senior, but not all the senior are nice. This company compromise a lot and not so strict about regulation.
    The challengesThe salary is average. Some dept. do their work so slow, but at other dept. people work so diligent. It is so contrast yet the appraisal will be same. This company should give a serious attention about employee's training program. Also be more strict or consistent about their own regulation.

    The good thingsSimpel, tidak terbebani dengan pekerjaan dan mendapat pemasukan yg luar biasa bukan dari perusahaan melainkan dari rekan perusahaan atau yg bekerja sama dengan perusahaan Bakrie Metal. Dikatakan simpel atau sederhana Krn jenis pekerjaannya yg tidak rumit mungkin tidak serumit jika berada di ruangan depan komputer yg mengharuskan berpikir selalu akan tetapi jika digudang adalah variasi antara pikiran dan tenaga namun tak terlalu diporsir semua.
    The challengesKesulitan yg kerap atau kadang saya temui dan alami adalah ketika saya dan rekan rekan yg lain sesama departemen gudang dalam menentukan barang atau material yg masih dan layak untuk di gunakan.Selain itu, terkadang kita selalu salah dalam memberikan barang(alat) produksi yg ada di gudang untuk digunakan orang-orang produksi namun kita selalu memberikan barang yg baru sedangkan barang yg lama masih ada dan kualitasnya pun sama.
