    The good thingsMendidik kepribadian dan skill dalam pekerjaan. Adanya proses training dari senior senior yg ada, menambah knowledge dan hubungan antar sesama pekerja. Ada konsekwensi pekerjaan yg membuat kita lebih bertanggung jawab dalam jobdesk. Ketatnya persaingan selling dalam opreational, menjadi tuntuan untuk membuat strategi dan memanffatkan peluang yg ada.
    The challengesKurangnya menjalin kerjasama team saat jam operational yg padat padatnya. Kurang memadai system pendukung dalam jalannya operational. jadi sering membuat miss-communication. Adanya ofline system di waktu waktu tertentu menjadi masalah tersendiri di saat operational.
