    The challenges1. employee yang kurang mau membantu employee yang baru atau belum bisa 2. pimpinan sekaligus decision makers yang tidak bisa berkoordinasi dengan baik sesama pimpinan dan selalu beradu mulut sampai terdengar oleh seluruh employee sehingga membuat environment untuk bekerja jadi tidak terlalu menyenangkan 3. Pimpinan yang menuntut terlalu tinggi dan marah-marah setiap hari membuat lingkungan pekerjaan menjadi tidak nyaman
