    Fun, but questionable career growth
    The good thingsFlexible, fun, and good benefit for internal team. Super slow working pace for a recruitment agency level. Almost got no pressure when I worked in the company.
    The challengesThey are too focus on how many years of work experience that you have, not the skills and performance. And if you worked as an IT consultant, you're less likely to get a permanent position in the company, so ya your career progression is going to be at stake (not good for ambitious people).
